Can anyone identify these 2 moths?Any help appreciated Jim

1) is Burnished Brass; 2) I think is Small Argent & Sable (was the photo taken on moorland?)

For me the second picture is Argent and Sable (rheumaptera hastata hastata f.nigrescens ).
