Favourite Photo 2018

Post by Wurzel »

Just a heads up that this time next week the first couple of 'Favourite Photos' threads will be up and posted :D .

As per last year they'll be running in alphabetical order and with 3 species per week they'll get us through the winter finally culminating in your overall favourite photo from the 2018 season. Supporting details such as dates, where seen and any other background information as well as anecdotes and stories will be greatly appreciated. 8) Better get choosing :D

Have a goodun

If climate change continues you're gonna have to put this back a month, some of us are still getting double figure species in a day!

Luckily Small Copper, beginning with an 'S', won't be featured for quite while yet, possibly not until January

Brown Hairstreak though will be up in the first few weeks, and they are still flying at the moment, although they are getting a bit worn by now for a favourite photo.

My last BH sighting was 5th October.

Ooh, yay! :D Reading these threads over the course of last winter was what convinced me to start posting more regularly, and start my own PD, this year...
