Hi, just back from a week in the Aude region of France, took a few images of Butterflies while there and working my way through them to try to ID them, I will add them as I manage to get what I think is a correct ID and look forward to corrections, this one was easy
I dont seem to have the hang of putting images up here in full size, if you click on the image it will take you to the gallery where the full size image can be seen, any feedback on if i have any wrongly identified gratefully received

This was taken at the top of the Château de Montségur, there were a few swallowtails skimming about but as the weather was degrading quickly to thunder I decided it wise to depart rather than hang around up there on the chance they would settle !
I believe this is a Pearly Heath

Hi Mark. You did well to get that amazing pearly heath picture. They are very flighty butterflies. You may or may not be happy (depending on how much you want to see Glanville fritillary) to know your fritillary is a female spotted fritillary, Melitaea didyma occidentalis. It's in the same half of the genus as Glanville (Melitaea, rather than Mellicta, in the old money) but much spottier on both surfaces.
