Hi Newbie here - 2 pics

I was out for a walk today and spotted these two butterflies - i haven't a clue about butterflies lol

But i think the first is a Small Tortoiseshell

The white is actually a Réal's Wood White - a species only found in Ireland (as far as the British Isles is concerned) :)

The Wood White does occur, but only in and around the Burren.

Actually - I believe it's also fairly local in Ireland - so it's a pretty good find!
