Caterpillar ID requested

Can anyone provide an ID for this caterpillar? It was feeding on the pink vetch-like plant (a vetchling of some sort?).
I think it has to be a moth of some sort as though it is superficially similar to various pierids, it doesn't match any of them.

Can't comment on the larva (though it looks like a noctuid to me) but the foodplant is grass vetchling, Lathyrus nissolia

Could be an Angle Shades on Grass Vetchling. But not totally convinced.
