nice! Good light! I have a BIGMA too but reserve its use for birds on a tripod... I can't seem to get the hang of it though so congrats on this!

Thanks Chris.

My reason for buying this lens was for Birds well, maybe. Just got it today and have been practising using it. It does take a bit of getting used to but that shot was hand held at fl 500mm. I use an Olympus E3 which has IS built into the camera body so That gives me a great advantage. I am impressed with the auto focus, not as fast as the Zuiko 12-60mm but because of the HSM and the camera AF system, still fast enough for field work.
