Larvae on wild rose

Hi all,

I saw these larvae today on what I think was wild rose, at Fairmile Bottom in West Sussex - any ideas? They were about 5 or 6 mm long.

I reckon you have a handful of Sawfly larvae there :)
Some addictions are good for the soul!
