I was once again at Seasalter when I saw the Small Skipper, I'd been there quite a lot looking for the Large Skipper and was surprised when I found the SK
and hadn't seen the large at all, it was the 5th July , I never saw the LK at all last year which I thought rather strange Goldie :D

I was just looking back over some of the shots I'd taken in my previous garden of the larger birds that used to visit every year. I lived near two Nature reserves and was able to visit them, which I miss doing here, having said that the Butterflies here have made up for that :D I'm always surprised ...

I was at Temple Ewell on the 15th June and again on the 10th of August, I was pleased to see the Small Blue but found it hard to get too many shots, they were very active, the vegetation was very high in August ,it was a case of wait patiently don't move :D Goldie :D

I was at Seasalter i8th of May , after I saw the Copper I thought most of the other Butterflies would look much the same, a lot of them did the exception being this Small Heath I managed to get a shot of before it disappeared :D Goldie :D

Hi! David, being near my family as been great and I'm glad I moved South :D My Grandson and Daughter have done a lot in keeping me on the move :D

My Granddaughter's getting married this Spring so lots to look forward to,( including the Butterflies ,) lets hope the weather stays kind :D Goldie :D

I saw the Silver Spotted Kipper at Temple Ewell on the 10th of August, I was lucky because a group of people arrived later and didn't see any, I was stood on the slope when I saw the Skipper fly onto the flower in the photo and I managed just a couple of quick shots from a distance :D Goldie :D

I took my shots in the Back garden on the 11th of June, the Red Admiral was in the garden from June to September and later, they were certainly plentiful last year, the weather seemed to suit them , not too hot. :D Goldie :D

I saw my Ringlets in Blean Woods, they didn't settle for very long , not surprising with the weather like it was , very cloudy at times, when the Sun did appear they took advantage of it right a way :D 10th of July Goldie :D

I saw the Orange Tip in Tankerton Castle Park on the 9th May, I'd to be careful of the flower beds but luckily it paused in the Daises for a short time :D Goldie :D

I saw the Painted Lady on a Visit to Reculver on the 6th of July, I was surprised to see the Butterfly looking so fresh and I was lucky when it landed just in front of me. :D Goldie :D
