Went looking for them today (yes, I know it's early) on the Dunstable Downs overlooking the gliders, but after 3 hours I gave up. When are they likely to appear? Not been butterflying in the UK long so please excuse a newbie. The Green Hairstreaks I saw on Saturday (for the first time) at Holtspur Bank were most definately green and turquoise.
