Hi all....I'm back from a week in Spain. Took 1933 shots, of which only about 10 aren't butterflies! Had a torrid time with dust on the sensor...I was cleaning it twice a day but it still got on 90% of the shots (call me The Clone Tool Kid! ) I really should do some more processing! Went looking for them today (yes, I know it's early) on the Dunstable Downs overlooking the gliders, but after 3 hours I gave up. When are they likely to appear? Not been butterflying in the UK long so please excuse a newbie. The Green Hairstreaks I saw on Saturday (for the first time) at Holtspur Bank were most definately green and turquoise.
