From Walton Common near Clevedon yesterday 1st sightings (for me) this year of Green Hairstreak & Grizzled Skipper.

Mendip Hills (Velvet Bottom).

2 peacocks & 1 Brimstone seen on Sat 13 in the afternoon.

Nice shot, I reckon you have an immature female Southern Hawker (Aeshna cyanea) there. The coloration in the mature specimen is a lot more striking.
