Too fresh to have come across the Atlantic? What is the thinking on the origins of these.

I’ve not seen mention of this QoSF on here. It has been reported for 2-3 weeks by RBA.

Have there been that many individuals recently, such that it’s of little interest? Or is it thought to be an introduction?
Also, has anyone been to see it?
