Hi Guys Thanks for your suggestions! I ended up at Fontmell Down today, parked in the south car park and headed off in the wrong direction into a smaller reserve! :oops: But later found the correct reserve :D The weather was hot and sunny but very windy making life more than difficult for photograph...

Where is "your" best spot

Hi Everyone

I may have some free time this weekend or next week for butterfly photography :D

Where would be your favourite spot, say within a 100 mile radius of Bath?near or far it does not matter.

Why not go down the second hand road? many high street photographic shops have good stocks of DSLR and macro lenses. Mainly because people like me are always upgrading :D I do still think that you may need to stretch your budget Just as an example and this is not the perfect setup for butterflies bu...
